@janinashw is our secretly appointed kitchen fairy and of course she has a refreshing recipe for the slowly getting warmer and warmer summer days. Wild berry ice-cream is on the menu today, activating the spirit and perfect for a relaxing time out in between.
- 100g soy quark
- 120g berries (frozen blue and raspberries)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- 1 bar nucao wild berry
Put all ingredients except the nucao bar in a blender and chop them. The resulting mixture should be very fine and without large pieces. Then chop the bar Wild Berry into small pieces and carefully fold it in. Then fill everything into small ice cream cups and leave them in the freezer overnight. Et voilà!
