Sweet banana bread with nucao and nupro

We believe that you can never get enough of banana bread! Especially not if there is still a good portion of nupro AND nucao in it! Enjoy it!


  • 250 g spelt flour
  • 100 g nupro banana
  • 50 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 3 ripe bananas 
  • 100 ml oat milk  
  • 50 ml espresso 
  • 50 ml rape oil 
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 bar nucao espresso crunch


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. The espresso is prepared as usual and then you let it cool down a little.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients, except for the nucao bar, well in a bowl. Then mash the banana finely and then add oat milk, espresso, rapeseed oil and apple vinegar and mix in the ingredients. 
  3. Now you can add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix everything into a dough. Then chop the nucao bar into small pieces and fold the chocolate pieces into the dough. Grease a box form and fill in the dough. Then bake the banana bread in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
