Protein Overnight Oats with currant

You are always in a hurry in the morning and actually have no real time for breakfast? The Protein Oats from this recipe can easily be prepared the night before, so you can get up in the morning without worrying about breakfast. They also provide you with a portion of nupro protein to replenish your memory for the next few hours. What else stands in the way of a successful day? 


  • 150 ml oat milk
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon linseed  
  • 2-3 tablespoons nupro currant
  • ½ Apple
  • Some lemon juice
  • ½ Banana
  • Currants
  • Almond paste
  • Chia seeds


First you mix oatmeal, linseed and Nupro in a bowl with the oat milk. Then remove the seeds from the apple, grate it and add it to the bowl with the lemon juice. Mix everything together well and leave it in the fridge overnight. The next morning you can top the Overnight Oats with half a banana, currants, almond paste and chia seeds and enjoy!
